Return & Refund Policy – SleepEZ

At SleepEZ, we are committed to providing quality respiratory and sleep therapy products. Due to the hygienic nature of our equipment and industry regulations:

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

Exceptions:

  1. Unfulfilled Orders:
    If your order is not processed or shipped within a reasonable time, a full refund will be issued upon request.

  2. Defective Products:
    If your item arrives with a manufacturer defect, you must return the product for inspection. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

    • The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable) and reported within 7 days of receipt.

    • SleepEZ will not replace items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

Prescription Policy for Class II Medical Devices

At SleepEZ Home Health, your safety and compliance with Health Canada regulations are our highest priority.

Prescription Requirement

The following equipment is regulated as Class II Medical Devices by Health Canada and requires a valid medical prescription prior to shipment and fulfillment:

  • CPAP Machines (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure)

  • APAP / Auto-CPAP Machines (Automatic Positive Airway Pressure)

  • BiPAP / BiLevel Machines

  • Oxygen Concentrators

A valid prescription must be provided to us before these items can be dispensed. Prescriptions may be uploaded, emailed, or faxed directly to our clinical team for verification.

Orders Without Prescription

If a valid prescription is not uploaded at the time of purchase, the customer has five (5) business days to provide the required documentation by contacting our team.

  • If a prescription is received within this period, your order will proceed to fulfillment.

  • If no valid prescription is received within five (5) business days, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued minus a 6% processing fee to cover non-refundable payment transaction costs.

Patient Responsibility

By purchasing through our store, patients acknowledge and accept responsibility for providing accurate medical documentation. Ordering a regulated device without the required prescription constitutes an invalid purchase of a Class II Medical Device under Health Canada regulations. SleepEZ Home Health is not liable for any delay or cancellation that results from the absence of a valid prescription.
